• Large flatwater pool
• Dive tank
• Hot tub and steam room
• Gym (fitness centre) with cardio and weight equipment

Dress Code: This is a clothing-optional event.  Please review the guidelines outlined on the dress code page for full details.

Tickets: $14 for members, $14 for guests of members. Online purchase only.

How to Register: Event registration is available to members of Calgary Nude Recreation.  After joining, tickets can be purchased via our website.

ID: Current government-issued Photo ID is required at check-in.

Private event rental: Door sales and spectators are not permitted.

Why be naked?
First-time attendees often cite a desire to overcome negative self-image, gain confidence, or confront a fear.

Repeat attendees know how liberating it is to ditch the restrictive nature of clothing and present their whole self to other like-minded people.  Check out the photo gallery for proof!

Am I too young to join your group?  What's the average age?
We have members ranging in age from 18 to 83, with an average age of 44.  With hundreds of members, chances are you won't be alone!

I'm a single guy... is that a problem?
As long as you are here for the right reasons and respect the membership terms, we welcome all individuals regardless of relationship status (or gender identity, sexual orientation, or age).

What kind of events do you host?
Calgary Nude Recreation hosts clothing-optional indoor events (swimming pool, hot tub, steam room) around 10 times per year. We also organize hiking events, beach days, and promote other body-positive activities in and around Calgary.

How do I become a member?
You can apply for membership here.  It costs $15 for an annual membership (paid via PayPal).  Members have access to the complete event listing, the ability to register themselves and guests for events, and receive email updates on our activities and advocacy efforts.

Is my information shared or made public when I become a member? 
No.  The information you provide (including event RSVP status) is not made available to anyone other than group administrators.  We do not offer a member directory or social networking functionality via our website.

Calgary Nude Recreation was established in the belief that contextually-appropriate social nudity can be a powerful tool for individuals to gain confidence, free themselves from body-shame, and allow a new connection with the self and others. We strive to create spaces where nudity is normalized, empowering, and beneficial to the community.

We are working hard to bring Calgarians the same opportunities for nude and clothing-optional recreation already available to residents of Vancouver, Toronto, Edmonton, Seattle, New Jersey, Texas, and across the world.

As with all Canadian naturist organizations, we are family-friendly and all events are strictly non-sexual. We are proud to offer membership to people of all genders, sexual orientations, body types, and ages.
